Wednesday, October 14, 2009 FOX News Federal drug regulators are scolding Procter & Gamble for adding Vitamin C to its Vicks cold formulas, a combination not allowed by federal regulations. Researchers at the National Institutes of Health said the treatment does not harm healthy cells, meaning there are fewer difficult side effects.
