Silent strokes more common in younger people than thought

By Tate Gunnerson, HealthDay Reporter WEDNESDAY, Feb. 18 (HealthDay News) — “Silent strokes” rarely produce symptoms, but a new study suggests they may be at least five times more common than full-blown strokes in people under 65 years of age, and not uncommon in people under the age of 50.
