January 22nd, 2009 @ 4:24pm (KSL News) A group of lawmakers wants to pass a law that would provide mandatory therapy treatment for kids with autism.Senate Bill 43, or Clay’s Law, is named after Clay Whiffen, a boy who developed autism as a toddler. Clay’s parents credit a special therapy program for helping their son overcome a violent temper and fear of speech.
