Desiree Jennings was physically healthy and in good shape and a Washington Redskins Cheerleader Ambassador when she received a flu shot on August 23, 2009.  After the shot, she developed flu-like symptoms and on September 7, 2009 she started having fainting spells and convulsions.  She was sent to a couple of different hospitals.
